It’s starting to look more and more like the Oklahoma City Thunder are trying to unload Russell Westbrook to the highest bidder in fear that he will leave in free agency for nothing. No team in their right mind will trade up much for Westbrook without a guarantee of him resigning.
Westbrook has been linked to four teams so far and it looks like those teams are the San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics and the Miluakee Bucks:
per sources, Presti discussed Westbrook deals with several different teams (inc. SAS, MIL, LAL, BOS), but no middle ground was found.

Each of these teams would love to have Westbrook, but let’s be honest, they won’t give up too much to get him because he is a free agent next summer. If a deal happens, it most likely won’t be for a lot unless Westbrook guarantees he will resign.
Where will Westbrook end up? Let us in the comments below.
