It looks like David Lee will join the San Antonio Spurs in a two-year deal. It is interesting that he chose to join the Spurs because he used to be one of the major players on the Golden State Warriors.
The current Warriors roster and Lee have been great friends and have maintained a great relationship even though Lee was let go. It will be interesting to see Lee on the rival team in the West:

Lee will most likely fill in the gap that David West left behind, but it will be a big gap to fill since Lee’s defense isn’t the best. He also will not be needed much on offense has they have LaMarcus Aldridge to handle that.
He will be a nice spark off the bench, but don’t hold your breath for a breakout season from Lee. Let us know your thoughts on this signing in the comments below.
